I got a medium for my chihuahua cause the measuring info said it would fit-well it didnt so i ordered a small. I had to pay shipping back and forth and when i got the small it had 3 small holes in it, exposing the interior of the coat.
But after the hassle of shipping, making time to go to the post office and get the packaging materials and requesting the return services i just kept the coat even tho it its damaged and useless at this point.

My dog had trouble not stepping on the strap so I had to adjust it with some additional velcro but over all it keeps him dry.

I thought the coat would resemble a cheap poncho, but it ended up being quite solid and well-constructed. The material is surprisingly thick and heavy. It looks like it will be a great, long-lasting investment. Plus, it’s cute, to boot.
